Was used with care. Weight is in decent condition. Definitely has some normal wear on it and but most of the paint is intact and so is the high quality reflective sticker. The downrigger wire has never been used before. Still in original packaging! Plastic packaging has a tiny bit of wear to it from being moved around and not used over time. Also just had a sticker mark on the plastic packaging.
