This standard historic 2016 limited edition 60 reissue (R0) les Paul is nothing short of amazing. It really is on par with any true historic we've had come through. Zero weight relief yet it's barely 8lbs. Incredible sustain, new pickups from the custom shop are simply amazing. Neck is absolutely the best LP neck I've played- and look at that top! Never seen a prettier quilt. You can look long and hard but you won't find a better R0. Best quality of any Gibson Historic series I have seen. You will not be disappointed. Body: Hand selected Maple top with hand selected solid mahogany body for lightest body possible without weight relief. Neck: Mahogany neck with a ‘60s slim taper profile, 1 11/16” wide nut, rosewood fretboard, 12” radius, and trapezoid inlays Pickups/Hardware: Original hardware, original pickups (rated at 7.9 kOhms in the neck and 8.3 k in the bridge), three-way pickup selector switch, independent volume and tone controls Cosmetic Condition: The top is looking great with only minimal wear if any. Some light buckle rash on the back that is not through the finish. The neck is smooth and the headstock is clean. This Custom Shop Les Paul is a one of a kind beauty.
