Mint stamps are all Original Gum, some with disturbance. Exceptions are one of the Scott 12s and Scott E1 which have no gum, and Scott M3 and M4 which were not issued with gum. Scott 2 and four of Scott 8 are Never Hinged. Other than gum disturbance, there are just a few faults present, including gum bends on Scott 2 and a small sealed tear on Scott 11. Attractive Collection! Note that there is a Scott 8 in the Scott 9 space and it is counted as Scott 8. Signature Delivery Required. APS #178998.
