Technics SL-1350, Pickering TL-3 Cartridge - $355 - (Greenwich, NY)

Here's the hard to find 1350...direct drive and fully automatic. On board is a Pickering cartridge. This combination sounds nice....warm but clean. There appears to be life left on the tip (pic). All functions work as designed...the cueing works nice and soft. The base is very, very good...the cover is also very good. No cracks in the cover...a few rub marks and surface swirling. I will include a center stacking spindle-I'm unsure if it works properly. There's one defect to mention...the bottom panel was broken during shipping. I made some repairs internally but the cracks are still there. Now...this certainly detracts from the overall value of this machine-but it's not visible..has no effect on the functionality....it's cosmetic only. As such, please don't look for a bargain basement price here. This is a beautiful machine....out of the ordinary...and performs very well. I will ship for a flat fee to any of the contiguous 48 states. International buyers can utilize eBay's optional international shipping service. I pack with great care and fully insure for shipping.
