1784 silver southern Jutland vinaigrette Louis XVI era. Rococo hand chased foliate scrolls and leaves throughout the box with a crown finial. Hallmarks to the underside base. It is marked with the 18th century Tonder Denmark city mark and AC makers mark. There are a 17 on left of city mark and 84 on right for year couple wed. Marked TJM and CC. Weight Approx., 30-g. Measures Approx., 1 1/4" x 3/4" x 3" height Condition: Used signs of wear consistent with light surface marks, dings, and a slit crack to the body and holes to top of the box.
