Vintage Decca Acoustic Guitar open book head stock - $119 - (Lake Park, MN)

I have for sale a Decca Acoustic guitar in good condition. It has the open book head stock. The guitar is in good condition with good action and sound. The action at the 3rd fret is 2mm and 5mm at the 12th. It has a 24.75 scale and the nut width is 42mm. The body measures as follows lower bout is 15.5" the upper bout is 11.75" the length is 20.25. There is some finish cracking on one side of the neck body joint as pictured. There is a ink stamp on a brace that reads 46210 13. If you have any questions Please contact me. Thank You
