VINTAGE CARRIAGE DOORS PAINTED Black set 42" 1/4" x 86" - $800 - (Stryker, OH)
For sale is a pair of Vintage Carriage Doors that were removed from a building being salvaged in the Chicago area. They are painted black and appear to have many coats under existing finish. They were a hinged set , hinges are not longer complete. Would look great mounted on a flat track rail system. Not sure what the species of wood is but they are not too heavy. Measures Left door 42-1/8" , Right door 42 1/8" " x 1-5/8" thick x 86" . Right side door window is missing its grate, could be easily added. Window measurements are as follows; Frame 30-3/8" x 28-5/8" , windowed area is 27-1/4" x 24" and small panes on the one are 8-5/8" x 11-3/4". Windows will need to be replaced.
