Up for sale is a genuine extremely rare Russian Imperial sword Shashka Dagger 1885 Kuschinkiy Award with scabbard. the blade etched with foliate patterns and collection of arms and armor and marked with the A III monogram of Tsar Alexander III; etched with a battle award in Cyrillic reading Za Kushkinskii Boi 18 Marta 1885 on reverse side; single fuller in blade; metal scabbard with two suspension rings; guard etched with Za khrabrost, [For Bravery] in Cyrillic; mark of the order of St. Anne on the pommel and tassel attached to hilt; overall length: 105 cm (41 1/3 in.), length of blade: 88 cm (34 3/5 in.)
