Marx Poor Fish Wind-up Toy - Mint in BoxThis elusive wind-up toy is a great example of the Marx Poor Fish with the original lithographed box depicting a man-eating fish with glowing red eyes leaping from the ocean as people stare and smile, prepared to die. Very unusual. The toy has 99% of its original gloss with just very minor scuffing to one wheel where the original key must have rubbed. The extended key is also rare. The articulated, segmented body moves just as it should when wound. One of the box's end-flaps is missing and the other has a partially missing flap. This is a great toy.
