International Silver plated ladel - $25 - (Carmel, IN)

I don't know much about this. It was from my in-laws estate. It is approx. 11" long. It looks to me in good conditio0n, just needs cleaned... If anyone wants to share any knowledge on this please message me. Or just buy it & we will know it's not too high! lol I'm not sure if I am way high or way low or just right on the price... I'm just guessing from what I found on here... Thanks for looking!
