It is a modernist or western design. It has flattened wire in a woven interlocking pattern. It wide and flat. The buckle is removable. It does show a few spots that have darkened. All in all good condition for its age. I believe this to be handmade. It is adjustable for a smaller waist. Very pretty, much better than pictured. No makers mark that I can tell.
