ThysenKrupp Access Vertical Porch Platform Lift is in very good working condition -- 120 VAC, plugs into a standard outlet -- it comes with 2 remote call boxes -- the platform can go up 4 steps high -- has a small access ramp that automatically lowers at ground level to access the lift and it automatically raises as the lift is raised -- has a safety door assembly that is installed on the porch opening and has electrical safety switches that need to be connected to the unit to function safely -- has adjustable limit switches to set the lift to stop where you want it -- comes with an electrical diagram of the unit that shows where the safety switches are connected and for repair -- I can demonstrate that the lift is working, you can see it go up and down, the safety systems have been bypassed -- it can be picked up in Hampstead, Carroll County Maryland, about 30 minutes north of Baltimore Maryland and 20 minutes south of Hanover Pa. it can be pushed over on its back side onto a low trailer with 2 people -- I am available most of the time if you want to come see it -- thanks for looking!
