VINTAGE WHITING & DAVIS ALUMESH PURSE MESH ENAMEL HANDBAG 1930s - $66 - (Russellville, AR)

Vintage Whiting & Davis Alumesh PurseThe bag measures 11” x 5” with a 7” handle. Interior is navy blue fabric. It’s clean and in good condition. The exterior is made of aluminum mesh with cream colored enamel. Enamel is in excellent condition with no damage. The hardware and handle is made of matching cream colored plastic. Snap closure and link chain handle are in excellent condition with no damage. Inside, I found a matching navy blue change bag, Small rectangle double sided mirror (still in original paper bag wrapper), a clear comb and a fingernail file. I do not know if the mirror, comb and file are original to the purse but decided to include them just incase. Please see all photos as they are a large part of my description.
