One pair of Bauer Speed Plates, 10.5 untrimmed. They can be heat-molded to fit your foot. These fit comfortably in size 10 ice skates as-is, or will fit smaller if you trim them. You can also use them in inline skates (size 11.5-12 or smaller if you trim, they fit my size 11.5/EU45 inlines just fine).
