Antique Vintage Hickory Shaft Donaldson Glasgow Scotland Bunny Mallet Putter - $240 - (Durham, NC)

This listing is for an antique vintage hickory shaft right handed 31 1/2" (this is the as made length-these putters were shorter because they are so heavy) mallet style putter. Rustless steel headed mallet putter with brass plug in face. Marked James A Donaldson Rangefinder Glasgow Scotland in the brass plug on top. The brass plug extends the whole way through the head and it has the hind end of a bunny rabbit going in a hole on the plug. Also marked Rustless, Reg Trademark "BUNNY" on the sole. Really great cleek marks on this putter. The head is in very good used used condition. It has very few of the expected play marks and dings. Please look at the zoom pictures for a better idea of condition. The shaft is the original old marked hickory. It has a bend that gives it a flatter lie, I see no cracks and it has some play at the hosel (all hickory shafted clubs should be reset prior to play). The grip is a newer tacky long leather wrap that is in good playable condition. D 2 swingweight (would actually be a very heavy SW and in the F range if it were 35" length) . A very heavy 19.12 ounces total weight if you are considering play. Shipping in the US is calculated and based on a 2 pound box. The further you are from me in NC the more shipping will be-that is the way the carriers charge. Shipping to foreign countries will be much higher and is also calculated.
