Arm Chair and Settee parlor set in the Eastlake style from the Arts and Crafts period in the late 19th Century. The Arm Chair measures 38.5" tall, 27.5" wide and 25" deep. The original fabric is in very good shape and retains the original velvet sheen in a classic Victorian pattern. The Settee, with matching fabric measures 40" tall 55" wide and 27" deep. The pictures of the backs of the arm sections should show the cat scratch damage. Local Pickup or FREIGHT by arrangement.
