Antique Structo Artcraft wooden loom. 1930s ? - $250 - (Augusta, ME)

Antique Structo Artcraft wooden table loom. 20" long, 18" wide and 18-1/2" tall. I have no clue about thesevery things, no idea if it would still work or not. Regardless would be a very cool decorative piece. Does show some wear, chipping, etc. To wood in some places, please see photos. From smoke free home.
