This listing is for an awesome Columbia royal blue Snow Pumped Jacket / winter coat, youth / kids / children's size XS TP (tag says XS = 6-7). Tag says that this coat has waterproof fabric and says that it "repels everything but adventure." :) It also says that this coat has the OutGrown system with internal sleeve grow system for kids. This coat is in excellent / new (with tags) condition. Our home is smoke free and pet free, but many of our items are previously used and so I can't guarantee that the items have always been in a smoke free and pet free environment.
