Steiff Margaret Strong Cinnamon Teddy Bear - Collectors Edition Set 1984 - NRFB - 0156/00 This Collectors Edition Set was produced by Steiff in 1984 for sales in the United States only. Fashioned after Margarete Steiff's original bears, the set consists of four Cinnamon Teddy Bears made by hand from genuine mohair (50% Wool - 50% Cotton) with artificial leather paws and feet. Nose, mouth and claws are hand embroidered in black. Each bear has five joints, black eyes and a round chest tag. The large bear has a Margaret Strong Museum History tag and the care instructions tag. The 7” and 10” bears are fitted with working squeakers and the 12” and 16” bears are fitted with working growlers. Each bear is distinguished with the famous “button in ear” and a white tag with black letters. In a Limited Edition of only 2,000 sets. Page 552 of Steiff 1947-2003 Catalog. Never Removed From Box. These bears are in Pristine Condition and the Original Box is in Mint Condition. Stored by a private collector in a climate controlled, smoke free environment. The photos are of the actual bears and they will come exactly as pictured.
