This is a vintage Real Good Toys totally refurbished Mulberry (now retired) Colonial done to perfection. This dollhouse has all the bells and whistles, from its many original furnishings to the newly added side patio, to its incredible detail throughout. It is fully electrified and loaded with "smalls"; note the high-end teapot collection in the hutch. Study the pictures closely to begin to appreciate the time and effort that went into creating this masterpiece! There is a slight warping on both exterior sides; other than that, the house is in excellent overall condition. Includes all furnishings and dolls as shown This is an heirloom and not meant for child's play. Do not hesitate to ask questions, and please check out my other dollhouses.
