In used condition. Has a crack in the plastic but does not affect operation. Duplicates discs that are not copyright protected. Also has an internal Hd to copy data onto and then copy to disc. For the USB port, I believe it is to transfer data to the internal HD but am not 100% sure as I never used that feature. Comes with power cord. ***The USB port will not make this unit into an external disc burner for your computer. Duplicates to DVD and CD formats. Speeds up to: CDx52 , DVDx20
