Antique Antiquarian Hardcover Book: Colton's New Common School Geography Atlas; dated 1883; heavily Illustrated. Published by Sheldon and Company, New York. See photos for condition. This is a very nice readable copy; some minor age discolor to pages, but still very clear and sharp, beautiful illustrations and maps (all in very good condition!) It was signed inside LONG LONG ago, probably by its one-time owner, Master Alfred Mabie; Sept 1885, Danbury, Connecticut. The Binding intact but the front and back cover are nearly free from the body of the book (could be repaired) (see photos). The body of the book is tight and excellent; no rips to pages, but pages have thumbwear at edges. Some wear to covers. Size is 12" x 10 1/2" Shipping in the continental US is $8.
