WH52A John Deere Commercial Walk Behind Mower, Only 85 Hours, One Owner. - $4,995 - (Harlan, IA)

Only 85 hours of use in a residential yard. We purchased it new from our dealer 8/15/14 (it was manufactured 6/12/2012). It is in excellent mechanical condition. The deck has a few scratches / scuffs from use. We put the mulching kit on it ($291.96 from JD) and have the original blades and side chute that goes with it. Original owner's manual comes with it, as well. It has been an AWESOME mower for us, but we are downsizing and no longer need it.
