guardian underground fence - $70 - (Choudrant, LA)

I set this up, couldn't get it to work so I gave up. No one to help me try to fix it. I have collar, batteries, transmitter, 1 pack of flags, and I'll put in the extra wire I didn't use(maybe 400feet)
