Glass base marked with an M over a V in a circle for Vidriera Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico (operating from the 1930s to 1980s) ; also marked Bloomfield and Mexico and a 7 and a 9. Heavy metal top marked Hong Kong. Measures approximately 4 inches high; largest diameter is 3 inches. No obvious condition problems. Totally functional and a great collectible.
