Pair Of Sterling Silver Covered Servers w/ Cow Head Handles Amazing! Not Scrap - $4,500 - (Gloucester, MA)

You are buying both of these for this price. These antique covered servers are just phenomenal! Seriously, look at the cow head handles. Combined they are a solid 89.5 TROY oz. The condition is excellent. See the photos and you'll see there are a few micro dents. Having one of these would be awesome. Owning a pair would be exceptional. They are Hallmaked with a lion and marked Sterling. Then as you can see in one of the photos, there's a #150 under a lion, anchor and letter G or C I can't tell for sure as it's in a Fancy Olde English font. Under that there is a six point star with a dot in the center. Because of this, we know they're British, but I don't know the maker. These came from a New England estate. They'll be packed carefully in tissue, surrounded by an ample amount of bubble wrap and insured at my expense. I'm a licensed auctioneer in the State of Massachusetts. #2621
