Pasquini Commercial Pasta Machine- La Fiorenza, includes 8 extrusion dies. Very clean unit, came from a working environment, powers on and appears to be fully functional. Please note that the cutting arm is missing so cut pasta would have to be cut to length by hand. There are 8 dies which I will describe to the best of my ability, 1 round die 1.5mm (spaghetti); 2 flat dies- 1.8mm and 10mm; Rigatoni 13mm; Fusilli; Bucatini- 4mm; Conchigie (shells) 28mm; Malfadine 10mm. Again, these are described to the best of my ability, we offer no guarantee as to the accuracy of the description of the die types. All dies are pictured (7 on the instruction sheets and one in the machine) so please use your own judgment. The dies will need to be cleaned prior to use as some have bits of dried dough in them. Please bid with confidence because while we may be new to eBay we have an established business buying and selling surplus restaurant, medical and industrial equipment and parts. We are experienced freight shippers and can arrange shipping if required but will not be responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Lower 48 only. Buyer pays all shipping fees.
