Large, pretty specimen of wernerite fluorescent mineral from Quebec, Canada. The specimen has a dimension of about 8" x 6" x 5" and weighs about 18.8 pounds. Under longwave UV light the mineral fluoresces a brilliant yellow. When an unfiltered longwave UV source is used, such as a cheap blacklight, the purple visible light reflects nicely off of the termolite crystals present in the specimen and gives it a very appealing look. You can see the difference in the listing pictures. All pictures were taken with a Nikkon D3300 camera and no picture enhancement were made, so what you see is very close to what we see in person.
