RARE Vintage 1978 Batman OSB Board Chalkboard, DC COMICS Inc, Joker, Estate Find - $400 - (Stanton, MI)

Up for your consideration is this Rare Vintage 1978 Batman Chalkboard. It appears to be made out of OSB Board or Particle Board ? It measures 23" tall x 18" wide at the widest section. It is in Pre-owned Used Condition. The cardboard edges and corners have some wear to them. There is a small rip or tear on the left side of the chalkboard.
