Up for auction: Antique Vintage 1937 Kansas State College (Now University) KSU Wildcats College Football Wool Stadium Blanket by O'Shea Knitting Mills Chicago. This Royal Purple Letterman's Tailgate Stadium Blanket has a large "K" (for Kansas State) in the center with three stars beneath representing three "Letters" in football, awarded to George Rankin, who name is embroidered in one corner. The other corner has the three years 1935 - 1936 - 1937 that he lettered in football. The blanket measures approximately 64" x 75". Sold as shown in amazing condition. This was stored properly over the years and is still in the same shape as when it was first stored. Please see photographs for best description of cosmetic condition and style.
