FOR SALE IS a NEAL 550 gallon TAC MACHINE for putting down tac before paving a parking lot with HOT MIX....I think everything is there..I have the engine in a nearby trailer..... the spray bars are there, hand wand..looks like the heat system is there..If not THE FACTORY that builds these are near by..
