This is an Alexander Chen Signed and Framed Print of his famous Times Square Parade. It is individually numbered 694 out of 695 and signed in the bottom right hand corner. The frame has a mark on the outside of it so could be reframed if needed. The frame measures 37" by 28" It was purchased at Crown Fine Art in Soho part of New York City.
