This is Martha Pullen's 'The Pullen Pleater', a machine used for gathering pleats for English smocking, made by Smock Right. Item is in beautiful condition, with negligible wear and tear. Hardly-visible signs of light use in a couple spots. Please reference photos for accurate condition. Comes in original box, with instructions and warranty card, and extra needles. There are 15 needles in the machine itself, and 9 in the bag inside the box. The box itself has some signs of age. Item will ship next day, Priority Mail.
