Metal frames, 19 1/2" tall, 9" wide, 4 1/2" deep. Excellent condition. Panels are plastic and they are in great condition. Note that only one light has the original threaded rod thru the back to mount it, you'll have to get another for the other light; no big deal. Beautiful lights; maybe for a home theater?
