Swedish Scandinavian Antique Hanging Pin Cushion - $35 - (Hebron, NH)

I am 100% Swedish and have had vintage and antique things always and do not know what these are?  Someone suggested a door stop so door doesn't make noise? Pin cushion?  Please advise if you know. Someone came to my aid and explained these are hanging pin cushions!  Thank you!  5" by 2.5". Wooden  On bottom says: luglen.      Luolen.  I THINK!!!!
