No cracks. Does have a small nick on one of the sides (photo #2 - hard to see the browned section). The handle can turn, so it would be considered loose. When it is tight, the bolt at the base sits at an angle instead of square in the center. Does have some markings on the side from previous use. Photo's are of the actual item for sale. Weighs 40 pounds. Is about 12" wide. Stands about 8-1/2" tall including handle. Due to the weight of this item, this may be shipped FedEx Home Delivery instead of USPS Parcel Select.
