Each log is hand cut from trees that have already fallen and repurposed into beautiful furniture pieces - no trees are cut purposely for these creations! Tree Species is a hardwood Walnut. These are dried out as much as possible before applying a seal coat to make safe for indoor or outdoor use. **Please note, although we go through a drying process, there is no way to ensure all moisture is removed from the log. We do not recommend you set the log where it would potentially damage your flooring such as carpet or real hardwoods floors.
