Antique Wm L Gilbert Ceramic Mantle Clock Time & Strike Not Working Winsted Conn - $235 - (Gibbon, MN)

This old clock is supposedly c. 1890 according to another e-bay post . It has 1904 stamped on the inner metal workings and 426 on the rear outer ceramic shell . The clock has a soft gold non magnetic metal covering the 4 1/4" bezel with round cutouts for the numbers. The outside dimensions of gold circle is 5" and 5 1/4" with the glass door which is also framed with same type metal. The "12" has a hole in it of which no key is available. There is an "s" to the left of hole and "f" to the right, likely for slow and fast adjustment. There is a key available for the holes near the "8" & "4". I can get the left side to click, although it's tight but not the right side. The clock is 10.5" tall and 5 1/4" deep at base. It's 7" across the top. 9" wide at base. Weight: 7.6 lbs.. There is a chip on the top of clock, on front. See photo.
