The first noteworthy feature is that the included cooker and hot water boiler do not use propane. They are designed to use either wood or charcoal which means you will not need to worry about bringing fuel tanks into the field. Simply take a saw with you, and you'll have an unlimited supply of fuel for your stove and hot water boiler. The second noteworthy feature is that the trailer features several fold out tables. These tables can be used to make serving cooked food easier, or could be used to hold additional items like drinks or eating utensils. If you do not need the tables, fold them up for additional support and protection from the outside.
