New silvertone cuff bracelet with light blue stone - $16 - (Idaho Springs, CO)

This beautiful bracelet was given to me as a gift, but I have such a small wrist and arm that it turns around and cannot be adjusted. I know they paid $35 for it. It's easy to put on since it opens. the circular area measures 1.5". Notice the nice design in the silver surrounding the stone. Looks like real turquoise and silver.
