For sale is a gently used Topaz TZ18 Portable AC Unit. These units were designed originally to cool remote Hollywood movie sets so they needed to be VERY durable and very powerful. I bought this to cool a home office in the basement and obviously WAY overbought. LOL. This would be perfect for cooling any office/home/industrial setting. This is the largest unit they make that works off normal home outlets. Works just a perfect as the day I bought it new for $4,000$!!!
