This is 100% original with all original working parts, nothing replaced or reconditioned. The Packard Wrecker is very rare with not as many produced as Fire Trucks. This has a lot of moving parts and nothing missing, very rare for something almost 100 yrs. old. Great investment and great deal, wouldn't part with it if I didn't have to.
