This is a luxurious black ostrich feather fan, made up of feathers(all in great condition). Made in the Victorian era. In beautiful condition. This has been stored in a plastic bag for years and you can tell it. No damage all feathers are attached to a long plastic strips and on each end strips of wood with a pin at the bottom holding them together with a round ring for carrying. This beautiful fan spreads out to a measurement of 20" wide and 14 1/2" to bottom of ring. Payment is due within three days.
