Air Operated Grease Ratio Pump 50:1 w/ NPT Threads This air-operated grease pump delivers grease at a 50:1 ratio to air. Built to withstand heavy industrial use, this pump is perfect for factory, workshop, farm, or construction work, as well as with the Mobile Grease system. The working pressure is between 30 to 150 PSI, with a maximum outlet pressure of 7500 PSI. Pump fits 25-50 lb/5 gal/20-30 kg pails, and has a drum cover diameter of 12". The follower plate dimensions are 9.5" on the OD steel end, 11-11/32" on the OD plate, and 1.16" on the ID grommet. The air inlet and pump outlet connections are both 1/4" BSP (F)/1/4" NPT (F). The pump consumes about 230 lt of air per minute, and can output NLGI No. 2 grease at 1.10 kg (2.42 lbs) per minute. 81dB noise level. Use with light adn self-collapsing grease up to NLGI No. 2.
