Estate pill box in sterling silver by Tiffany & Co. - $265 - (Somerset, KY)

This pill box is signed Tiffany & Co. and Sterling, it is in a book motif, and measures approx. 1 1/2" by 1 3/4". It has a nice patina from years of enjoyment and use. Could be polished beautifully if so desired. Retail $395.00.
