AMAZING BEAR BY GUNNAR NYLUND 1950's Amazing Mid Century bear figurine (1950's) by Gunnar Nylund Gunnar Nylund (1904-1997) is one of the most renowned representatives of the illustrious Swedish ceramic design of the 20th century. He is well known as the artistic leader for Rörstrand in the 1940s and 1950s. The bear figurine was designed and crafted in 1950's. It is made of stoneware with a speckled glaze in brown tones. The figurine for sale comes from the Rörstrand original production. It was purchased from an Estate Sale. Superb condition without any chips or cracks. Factory first quality.
