women's sz 2 fabulous White House Black Market pretty black skirt 2% spandex - $16 - (Bath, NY)

Here I have another lovely gem from White House Black Market (see my other auctions for more WHBM clothing treasure). This is a size 2 fabulous black skirt for spring and summer wearing. When layed flat, it measures 14 3/4 inches straight across the top portion of the waist band. As for the length of this pretty skirt, that measurement is 14 1/2 inches.
