All tools shown in photos are included. The palm sander was purchased separately making this a five piece set. The circular saw as well as the palm sander have not been used. Therefore, they are new. The other tools have minimal use, work well and show little wear. This kit is missing the tote bag and needs at least one battery. Lithium battery part # is SB18B.
