Brand New In Box. This is the bare tool version of this three speed drill. This bare tool version is now discontinued. It is only sold new with the battery now. That version is usually 119.99 at Sears. The box may show a little wear as boxes from Sears often do. The tool itself is in brand new, unopened condition with all manuals and parts.
