Early-Mid 20th Century American Folk Art Sea Serpent Carved Wood Wonderful hand carved sea serpent circa early-mid 20th century. Carved wood in crusty paint with metal accents. Copper tube runs underneath up out the open mouth as if this was some kind of fountain at one time. Old brass reinforcement repair to the tail. Measures 13in length x 6in height x 3.25in width. Condition: curling tail repaired with formed brass reinforcement, tip of tail missing. Otherwise excellent vintage condition.
